Champion Concept: Laura, the Wings of Rage

Lore:

    Malice and spite are merely emotions...until you mention Laura. Stories and rumors tell of the Wings of Rage, but none are confirmed. Some say she was a warrior disowned by her master; some say she was a mercenary abandoned by her army; others say she grew up alone and resentful of everyone around her. Whatever is said, one fact holds true: she despises anything and everyone she deems weak. Her way of "purging weakness" is death, as she says. She also holds a habit of getting even and holds grudges against people when she doesn't get her way.

    While wandering through the Shurima Desert, she came upon a bizarre sword: the sword's handle and hilt gleamed gold with a blood-red ruby in the hilt's center, and a sharp, gray crystal formed the blade. Entranced by the sword, she grabbed it and yanked it out of the blistering sand. Upon drawing the sword, a mysterious power filled her and surrounded her. She felt a delightful, almost overwhelming sensation--almost like a reverie. When her reverie faded, she looked at herself. She gloated over gaining power at no cost...until she saw her reflection on a mirror-like wall. She gained not just power but new "features" to mirror her personality: tattered, dark gray wings, devilish fox ears, and a thorny dragon's tail with a silver stinger. Angrier than ever, she cursed the sword for transmutating her into a demonic beast. Upon hearing that the League of Legends accepts powerful warriors, it didn't take long for Laura to enter their gates.

Do not insult the Wings of Rage, lest you ask for a death wish.

Passive: I Hate Idiots
Laura gains 5 Fury per autoattack, plus 10 bonus Fury upon killing an enemy Champion (5 bonus Fury for Assists). Upon reaching 50 or more Fury, Laura's abilities gain empowered effects at the cost of 50 Fury. While out of combat, Laura loses 5 Fury every 2 seconds.

Laura readies three energy blades. Her next attack deals damage to her target. Cast again to throw the blades for half damage.
Empowered: Thrown blades will still deal half damage but can destroy incoming skillshots (cannot destroy Enchanted Crystal Arrow or Trueshot Barrage)
Physical Damage: 50/70/90/110/130 (+1.0 AD)
Cone width: 60 degrees

W: Rage Slash        Range: 125              Cooldown: 7 seconds
Laura slashes her target, dealing damage.
Empowered: Laura slashes her target twice, dealing 50% additional damage and slicing off their armor.
Physical Damage: 60/80/100/120/140 (+0.4 AD)
Armor Reduction: 10%/20%/30%/40%/50%

E: Battle Roar                      Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds
Laura snarls loudly at nearby enemy Champions in front of her, slowing them and reducing their Attack Damage and Ability Power.
Empowered: Same effects, but now taunts nearby enemy Champions instead of slowing them.
AD and AP Reduction: 15/30/40/45/50

R: Crimson Scar                    Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds
Laura charges up for 3 seconds, then slams her enlarged sword down violently on all foes in front of her, dealing damage and stunning them. If this attack deals a killing blow on an enemy Champion, Laura gains 20 bonus Fury and the Cooldown is halved. (Does not stack upon killing multiple enemy Champions.)
